The investment and voting decisions of Barrett Trust LLC are made by its manager, David Barrett, and its controlling member is the Barrett Family Trust, for which David Barrett serves as trustee. David Barrett is Chief Executive Officer and a director of the issuer. Note for 3(d): based on sales price; closing price as of 4/12/23 is $7.91/sh.
