Expensify's AI Expands to Expense Automation, Spend Insights, and Agents
Customers can now set up
New capabilities include:
- Conversational analytics: Ask questions about spending by employee, category, merchant, workspace, reporting period, and more, then receive visual charts and explanations.
- Chat-based expense management: Create, edit, categorize, tag, submit, approve, and reject expenses and reports using natural language.
- Workspace administration: Configure policies, create rules, troubleshoot account issues, and update settings simply by asking Concierge.

Cross-channel access: Interact with Concierge AI through email, text message, or the
Expensify app. - Autonomous workflow agents (in beta): Define custom instructions for AI agents that can perform routine expense management tasks autonomously, with a complete audit trail.
